Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@inkitstore.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your tattoo must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The clear protective film must not be removed, opened, or tampered with.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tattoos that have been opened, used, applied, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.

Returned items must be:

Unused

Unopened

In their original packaging

With the clear protective film fully intact

In the same condition as received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
