Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Orders & Payments

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery details at checkout. INKIT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty items, and custom order conditions are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched.
We offer a 14-day return period from delivery for eligible items only. Returned tattoo products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and with the clear protective film fully intact.
Health & Skin Disclaimer
INKIT tattoos are designed for external skin use only.
Everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, skin conditions, or concerns about irritation, we recommend carrying out a small patch test before full application.
Do not apply tattoos to broken, irritated, sunburnt, freshly damaged, or sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
INKIT is not responsible for reactions caused by misuse, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions, or individual skin sensitivity.
Custom Orders
Custom tattoo orders are made specifically for the customer. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty or incorrect.
You are responsible for checking all design details, spelling, sizing, and placement preferences before placing a custom order.
Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may include links to third-party websites, apps, payment providers, social media platforms, or tools.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or services of third-party websites or platforms. You should review their own policies before using them.
